Molly Weidenhamer, APRN
Our holistic approach combines the best of natural and integrative medicine to prevent, manage, and treat both chronic and acute medical conditions.
Molly is an Orlando native APRN, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing nursing in Central Florida
and Massachusetts for 17 years. Having spent her summer after high school assisting on a
medical team traveling and serving along the Amazon region of Brazil, and then a couple years
later in West Africa, she went to nursing school at Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences.
She graduated Cum Laude and entered the Emergency Department Nurse Internship program.
As an RN, Molly?s primary experience was Emergency Medicine, with a year of Labor and
Delivery. She was also SANE certified and worked for the State of Massachusetts as a forensic
nurse for victims of sexual violence. She attended AdventHealth College of Health Sciences for
her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an APRN, her experience has been primarily
urgent care.
Having respect for traditional medicine, especially the treatments and procedures needed in the
urgent and emergent care settings, Molly?s own health and family journeys, caused her to dig
deeper. Finding so many more answers in the integrative and functional medicine approaches,
she has committed to the learning and extending of these modalities. Most recently she
attended the Annual International Conference with the Institute for Functional Medicine, in San
Diego. Using traditional medicine when necessary, Molly will focus on the root(s) of the problem
at hand, learning your story and all the facets of your life needed to pursue health and healing.
Your plan and pathway will be individualized and unique as you are.
Outside of the office Molly enjoys practicing yoga and taking dance classes for
former dancers. She loves traveling, live music, local stuff, and laughter. She also likes to
take her three spirited children on adventures, service projects, and anywhere but on a cruise
ship.
