Robyn received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine after completing an accelerated four-academic-year graduate program at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine (FCIM) . Academic and clinical education included a solid foundation in the theories and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( acupuncture and herbal formulas) that was well balanced with education in western sciences and the western understanding of the human body.

Upon graduation, Robyn continued her education and clinical training at the Cheng Du University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Cheng Du, People’s Republic of China, where she completed internships in both internal medicine (Chinese Herbal Medicine, Dermatology Department, & Reproductive/Women’s Health) and in acupuncture at the affiliated hospitals of the university (2009).

Dr. Calabrese is also a licensed massage therapist that specializes in Pediatric Massage & Ashiastu (barefoot massage). She has been practicing massage since 2002.

Personal Background

Dr. Calabrese uses a natural approach to health care to treat a plethora of health concerns but can also work to prevent ailments, as well. She found a love for acupuncture and Chinese medicine through her mother who became very ill with MS and fibromyalgia. After years of being treated with western medicine her relief was found through holistic Chinese Medicine.

Years later, Robyn struggled with hormonal and infertility issues. Through Chinese food therapy, fertility massage, acupuncture and herbs Robyn was able to conceive and safely deliver two beautiful children.

She treats a wide range of health concerns, but her passion is women’s health, infertility, pediatrics and aesthetics.
