At Whole Family Healthcare we treat young athletes to the older endurance athletes, marathon runners and triathletes. Integrative athletic program focuses on the individual athlete and their body’s requirements to optimization and nutrition providing education and protocols for their physical and mental health and performance. Our athletic program provides their bodies with what is necessary to stay strong and recover after vigorous training required in competing at an optimal level.

WFH develops a personalized plan based on what sport a athlete is playing, the needs they are putting on their body and how much they are practicing and competing. Our practice has several athletic protocols utilizing integrative and oriental medicine techniques to treat their pain and energy levels to maximize their recovery times.

Competitive athletes also need to manage mental focus also known as the zone. We provide a innovative approach for athletes is to utilize our neural feedback or brain mapping protocols which teaches the athlete to minimize mental chatter and consistently stay focused on the important aspects of the game and also of learning how to shut it off which is where the zone comes in. The athlete learns how to remain mentally hyper focused on their task and function like a machine.

We also have protocols for natural athletic peak performance without caffeinated beverages or caffeinated supplements to provide a jolt of energy. Athletes burn through certain nutrients many times faster than the general population, so we test and work with each athlete to identify which of those deficiencies in their body will start to break down over time and not repair and recover sufficiently to avoid long-term injury or permanent damage later.

Over 10 plus years we have collected data and have seen the positive results of using high dosage vitamin C through IV therapy and chelation to remove heavy metals from the body such as lead, mercury, cadmium, tin and aluminum.
